2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved:

  • The payment will be refunded with original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order:
